Senior Clinical Manager - SpringWorks
The Senior Clinical Manager of Employer Services will be responsible for cultivating a high performing team of clinicians who deliver specialized workplace mental health services to key customers. They will report to the Senior Clinical Director of SpringWorks.
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of clinical managers to deliver exceptional mental health support to the workplaces we serve, including high quality, strategic service delivery that yields strong customer and member level satisfaction, and timely completion of documentation of all proactive engagement strategies and service delivery.
- Interview, hire, onboard, train, deliver feedback, conduct team and 1:1 meetings, and support the professional growth of clinical managers
- Monitor quality of service delivery for dedicated clinical services
- Partner with operations leadership and cross functional stakeholders to research, document and effectively mitigate any escalations or concerns
- Proactively identify opportunities for clinician training to ensure successful execution of our vision and strategy and partner with ops enablement to facilitate development of training
- Identify need for SOP development and assign development to Clinical Managers/ Leads as appropriate, review, provide feedback/ edits, and sign off on operational SOPs drafted by Clinical Managers and Team Leads
- Serve as a clinical SME and partner with operations leadership and implementation teams to facilitate customer process/ program development, inclusive of process and documentation and implement new accounts effectively
- Proactively work with operations leadership to identify key strategic and organizational developments that need to be communicated to Employer Services leaders and independent contributors, and create communication plans around these messages as necessary.
- Cultivate a connected community of geographically dispersed clinicians and promote sharing of best practices among clinicians.
- Provide input to clinical policies in partnership with other Senior Clinical leaders
- Provide input to productivity benchmarks and operational models
- Help to identify process improvement opportunities and partner with process improvement teams to capitalize on opportunities
- Develop strong relationships with key customer stakeholders and Spring customer success partners
- Demonstrate strong professional presence and leadership to mitigate sensitive and highly escalated customer situations
- Other duties as assigned
What success looks like in this role:
- The teams under your leadership meeting quality score targets
- Employees under your leadership feeling supported and engaged as evidenced by employee engagement surveys
- The customers you serve are delighted with services provided by clinicians under your leadership, as evidenced by customer satisfaction scores meeting the target.
What we expect from you:
- 5+ years leading EAP clinical teams
- Outstanding ability to read the tone and sentiment of our culture and adapt accordingly
- High sense of urgency and results focus combined with a service orientation
- Naturally relentless in breaking barriers to get things done with speed and quality
- Ability to speak and write in a way that is concise, commanding, and inspiring
- You have training and experience in evidence-based modalities of care, including short-term, solution-focused therapy
- You have an unrestricted license to practice psychotherapy (Psychologist, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, etc.). We are not able to accept applications from anyone requiring licensed supervision.
The target pay range for this position is $110,000-$142,500 annually. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.
