As the Sr. Client Service Manager for the Break Fix team, you will serve as a mentor for other Client Service Managers as well as the account team.  You'll also have additional special project responsibility as directed by your manager.  Main duties include final accountability for overall success of program, recommendations; client communication, strategic recommendations and coverage plans, and ongoing success and value of program. In this role, you will analyze results and make strategic decisions in consultation with the client and Sr. Management. 

Compensation

$76,000-$84,000/year salary paid weekly

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Build relationships with client, provide program coordination, and implement action plans.   
  • Create added value, demonstrate ROI, and develop/implement client strategy initiatives.   
  • Work with the client to receive and manage chain information and directives (promotions, ads, grand openings, etc.).
  • Manage account team by providing leadership, direction, guidance, motivation, and the developnent of skill sets of direct reports based on career path goals.  
  • Set and manage program KPIs, conduct staff assessments, and monitor progress. 
  • Manage department and client financial goals and make recommendations to improve client ROI and gross margin. Create and manage all aspects of budget, expenses, internal billings, program calendar, data capture structure, and changes. 
  • Approve and manage all client reports, develop and analyze data to provide best client results, and analyze measurable against client goals and objectives. 
  • Work with sales operations and client service administrative team on initial budgets and proposals.  
  • Develop sales plans and team incentives to ensure goals are met, and strategically analyze business for six to twelve months out.   
  • Understand the strategic direction of the client and enable the account team to create added-value programs that achieve client goals and objects. 
  • Interpret, analyze, and manage the P&L, budget, forecasts, accounting, cash flows, balance sheets, income statements, internal billing, program calendar, data capturing structures and changes, and client reports. 
  • Occasional client travel will be required to foster strong relationships and provide on-site support as needed.
  • Other tasks as requested by management. 

 

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

Experience and Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant work experience 
  • Minimum 7+ years of industry and agency experience 
  • Proven track record of success in client service and client relations 
  • Experience managing multiple brands preferred 
  • Experience with consumer electronics brands preferred 

Skills and Attributes:

  • Proven ability to lead organizations and people.   
  • Proven track record of success in client service and client relations. 
  • Extensive understanding of client industries, BDS, and the applicable industry environment. 
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and presentation skills.   
  • Strong client management, communication, complex problem solving, strategic, cost analysis, and sales skills.   
  • Able to respond to questions honestly and in a candid, straightforward manner. 
  • Strong leadership, coaching and mentoring, personnel development, and delegation skills are essential. 
  • Able to turnkey all aspects of an account. 
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office. 
  • Exhibit a strong sense of personal ownership and accountability.
  • Exhibit a service-oriented management style - neither autocratic nor dictatorial. 
  • Strong analytical skills.
