The purpose of the Senior Channel Lead is to drive training opportunities and key business initiatives with higher level regional carrier management teams. They are responsible for creating and maintaining a contact matrix for their assigned carrier and market to effectively educate, advocate, and persuade carrier partners to recommend handsets over competitors. They will also manage a team of Territory Leads and work closely with the GTM (client) team to drive results within their carriers and region.

Compensation
Annual salary range of $60,320-$64,480 paid weekly + up to $9,000 annual bonus potential paid out quarterly

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Meet with higher level market contacts to conduct, propose and negotiate product trainings and facilitate larger training opportunities for their teams
- Works with client contact to help drive product initiatives
- Develop, oversee and attend special events (launches, kick off meetings, trade shows). Conduct pre-launch training for new devices in both small and large group training formats
- Partner with and build strong relationships with mid to upper-level dealer field management in assigned carrier channel
- Work in conjunction with the GTM to put together sell out programs within assigned carrier. Measure and report on ROI at conclusion of program to ensure success
- Analyze data and provide reports detailing trends and competition within the carrier’s channels
- Create slides showcasing wins and areas of opportunity for assigned carriers. Present to Moto leadership as needed.
- Manage a team of Territory Leads, providing leadership and guidance to drive results
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
Experience and Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, business administration is preferred or equivalent experience
- Experience using Tableau and Power BI
- Must have 1 to 3 years’ experience directly managing a team
- Must have 3 to 5 years’ previous wireless service and device sales experience
Skills and Attributes:
- Must have strong presentation, communication, training and interpersonal skills
- Must have a strong knowledge of wireless technologies, data devices and data solutions
- Ability to organize, coordinate, and direct projects
- Must be proficient in sales methodologies and value propositions
- Must be proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Must be willing to travel up to 50% of the time
