About the role

We are looking for an analytical problem solver with strong eye for business to join our Sales Operations team. You will be involved in a number of projects including sales headcount planning, sales compensation planning and analyses, and ongoing optimization of business policy and rules governing sales compensation to drive the success of the Sales team. You will work with senior sales leaders, as well as key cross-functional partners including Sales Finance, FP&A, Business Intelligence, Analytics, HR and HR Compensation to successfully operationalize our vision and strategy.

What you’ll do:

• Sales Compensation Planning and Analysis: Drive major compensation plan updates and compensation eligibility (business rules) to support business strategy, including requirements gathering, options modeling, drafting plan verbiage, and facilitating implementation. Ongoing support of compensation policy strategy, which includes recurring analyses and monitoring of trends, supporting investigations around potential policy changes, and collaborating with stakeholders on compensation/policy impacts of various company initiatives.

• Sales Compensation Data and Systems: Owner of all compensation-related data, which includes management of ongoing compensation processes, data integrations, audits, and SOX controls. This also includes partnering with internal dev teams in identifying data integrity issues, resolving …
