Senior Business Operations Associate

Position Summary
The Senior Business Operations Associate is a key member of the operations team supporting data management, client reporting, trade processes, and problem resolution. This person will work closely with the Business Operations Manager and the operations team to ensure the integrity of the data systems. This position requires strong computer skills, attention to detail, a positive professional attitude, and ability to work in a team environment.What will your job entail?
Job Responsibilities:
• Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and Excel dashboards.
• Increase productivity by developing automated reporting/forecasting tools.
• Perform market research, data mining, business intelligence, and valuation comps.
• Maintain a strong financial analysis foundation creating forecasts and models.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel is mentioned in virtually any financial analyst job description; familiarity with data query/data management tools is extremely helpful (Access, SQL, Business Objects).
• Must possess excellent communication and presentation skills, and be comfortable interacting with executive-level management.
• Strong financial modeling experience.
• Guide cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures; providing trends and forecasts; explaining processes and techniques; recommending actions.
• Improve financial status by analyzing results; monitoring variances; identifying trends; recommending actions to management.
Work Experience and Education:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with 2 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience.
Licenses & Certifications:
· Certified Management Accountant (CMA) is preferred.

The target salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 annually.The wage range for this role considers many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, licensure and certification, business needs, and market demands. The pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. Full-time roles are eligible for bonuses and benefits.
