As a Business Experience Plan and Administration Manager Sr within PNC's Branch and ATM Experiences organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Strongsville, OH, Birmingham, AL or Dallas TX. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. This may also be a remote position. Work may be performed from a quiet, confidential space in a home location, approved by PNC. This position may not be available in all geographic locations.

As a Business Experience Plan and Administration Manager Sr, you will be responsible for monitoring metrics across the branch banking space, where you will put together dashboards for reporting, keeping arms around risk management, and serving as a liaison between our branches and technology organization.

Due to the nature of this position, we are seeking experienced leaders who are able to come up with innovative ideas to help mold a group in terms of functionality and process improvement. Experience with Microsoft office, in addition to Tableau, SharePoint, and Power BI is preferred.

Job Description
  • Manages cross-functional teams to improve business planning methods. Defines key business initiatives and growth strategies and programs that will drive line of business objectives. Demonstrates commitment to quality by delivering the CARES model to customers and/or internal partners.
  • Responsible for defining and implementing business planning processes. Designs strategic plans based on forecasts, and provides improvement recommendations.
  • Creates solutions to meet business operational and financial objectives. Identifies and executes opportunities that add value to the business and to achieve business goals.
  • Develops strong partnerships with key decision makers to ensure cross-business and cross-functional alignment and synergy.
  • Leads a team that develops and implements best practices and learning plans to meet business objectives.

Pay Transparency

Base Salary: $80,000.00 – $209,300.00

Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
