As the Sr. Billing Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the companyâs day to day billing operations as well as ownership over the long term strategic vision of billing systems and processes necessary to support the companyâs future growth. You will be a key member of the finance team, reporting to the Controller. Youâll also work closely with the Enterprise Systems, Customer Success, Sales Ops, and Support teams, as well as the Leadership team and other key stakeholders throughout the company. This position will begin as an individual contributor (IC), with the opportunity to build out a team as the company grows.
WHAT YOUâLL DO HERE
- Manage all monthly billing cycle activities covering one-time, recurring, and usage based invoicingÂ
- Perform invoice review and validation to ensure the ongoing completeness and accuracy of customer invoices
- Ensure timely and accurate customer invoicing and dispute resolution, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders when necessary
- Identify and track billing variances through daily, weekly and monthly reconciliations
- Support month-end and ad-hoc reporting tasks as needed
