Content Strategists within Adobe Digital Media, support a multitude of strategic workstreams that help drive customer acquisitions, pipeline and revenue. In this role, you will support the development of messaging and positioning, competitive analysis, identifying customer problems and tying that into a product level, to-customer narrative. You help shape the external representation of the product set and help accelerate demand, cross-and-up selling and net-new acquisitions. This means you work with a cross-functional team across Sales, corporate communications, legal, demand, product marketing, and more.  

  

In this role, you’ll drive high-impact campaigns to build awareness and reach our demand generation goals for Adobe Document Cloud on a global scale. You'll translate product value into solutions that speak to and resonate with specific audiences and bring it to life through various marketing channels. You’ll create the core bill of material (BOM) and assets, define the launch and content strategy, and outline key performance indicators. 

  

You'll collaborate with Campaign Strategists, Product Marketing, Partner and Field Marketing, Demand Generation teams and Marketing Operations to support the end-to-end execution of content development. You’ll work with campaign analysts to measure and analyze results, report on campaign performance and metrics to Marketing and Sales leaders, understand data and insights to inform future iterations, and focus on building scalable processes and solutions for more effective and repeatable execution.  

  

You'll bring people and teams together, proactively identify issues, and work across teams to remove roadblocks to timely campaign execution. 

  

Responsibilities 

  • Create the narrative around solutions for target customer personas and audiences, focused demand marketing motions targeted at specific account cohorts, in various stages of the customer journey. 

  • Test creative marketing approaches to identify high return on investment activities. 

  • Define the content strategy and build and launch globally enabled campaigns for targeted and scaled motions for specific personas/account cohorts. Be SME on personalized web experiences and A.com experiences. 

  • Define content experience as part of event customer journeys. 

  • Research and create messaging frameworks for key audiences. Work with an agency to create content and demand assets (e.g., whitepapers, eBooks, blog posts, emails, webinars, etc.). 

  • Develop annual and quarterly editorial calendars informed by Campaign goals, objectives and important metrics.  

  • Analyze campaign content performance to inform future iterations and investments. 

  • Implement messaging testing and optimization workstreams to improve campaign resonance with key audiences.  

  • Develop and nurture strategic relationships with Product Marketing Mangers to ensure alignment of personas, customer problems and product solutions positioning and messaging.  

  • Work across Product, Partner, Field and Sales to ensure you have a pulse on customer conversations, messaging resonance and real-time feedback to inform future content and campaign iterations.  

  • Organize work streams and achievements, and gain consensus across partners. 

  

Preferred qualifications: 

  • BA/BS degree preferred OR 7+ years of experience in Content Strategy or related roles OR equivalent practical experience.

  • Ability to develop messaging frameworks, content briefs as well as product narratives and customer themes.  

  • Experience with multi-product organizations that target specific decision makers (IT, Legal, HR, Finance, Sales) 

  • Experience working with creative production and agencies. 

  • Proficient with tools including project management and productivity software, Workfront, Airtable, Acrobat, Microsoft365 able to quickly pick up use of technology  

  • Experience building web experiences using self-serve tools a plus (webinar landing pages, etc.) 

  • Experience working at a global scale across regions (e.g., Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA), Asia Pacific (APAC), North America). 

  • Knowledge of business-to-business (B2B) acquisition and growth models and standard processes for funnel optimization. 

  • Capable of earning trust and influencing partners without formal authority to required results 

  • Flexible, collaborative, and able to manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously to maintain teamwork and optimal project flow 

  • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with all levels of the organization to achieve consensus, approvals and manage expectations.  

 

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $110,800 -- $209,500 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.  Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
