As the Senior Applications Programmer Analyst, you will join the Global Enterprise Technology team. You will work with business users, product managers, IT resources and third-party implementation partners to implement and maintain our Oracle Field Service solution. You will also determine specifications, plan, design, and develop business critical technical solutions either individually or in concert with a project team.
 

  • Work directly with our internal SME’s to define system processes and build technical solutions.
  • Complete complex program changes to translate requirement specifications into code.
  • Conduct solution presentations and obtain business acceptance to solution design.
  • Acquire and utilize more in-depth business knowledge to support the applications.
  • Plan, document, and execute unit test plans to ensure all code changes meet requirements, and specifications.
  • Support programming changes during quality assurance, user acceptance testing, and post implementation to ensure the integrity of application.
  • Respond to questions, research and resolve issues to provide technical support for production applications.
  • Collaborate with product managers, sales operations, business analysts, technical leads, developers and architects throughout the SDLC.
  • Keeping abreast of new cloud application features and continually improve the application footprint

Required Qualifications

  • Diploma or equivalent work experience required.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in Enterprise Applications.
  • Experience working with Oracle Field Service B2B & OFSC a must (development and technical support)
  • Bachelor's degree required from an accredited college or university, preferably in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Business. Master's Degree preferred and/or 5+ years of relevant application and software development experience.
  • Minimum of 2-5 years software development experience at an enterprise level.
  • Strong understanding of field service processes, resource management, and customer service operations.
  • Ability to work on multiple, complex projects as a team leader and a subject matter expert.
  • Excellent communicator with a high degree of personal accountability.
  • Experience with API’s (Oracle ERP, SOA, OIC, Oracle EBS, REST) a plus.
  • Certification in Oracle Field Service Cloud preferred.
  • Travel: Potentially 1-2 times a year, global.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Possess a high level of oral and written communication, presentation, critical thinking and strategic planning skills 
  • Must be adept at team building and collaborating 
  • Excellent conceptual and technical understanding of their domain of expertise 
  • Strong competence in customer facing environment and the ability to communicate to executives on specific practice from a business perspective
  • Ability to identify, structure and articulate solutions both tactically (situational basis) and strategically; with the ability to recognize patterns of needs
  • Preferably deep knowledge about retail banking industry and related typical business processes 
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills 
  • Capabilities to work in virtual and international teams  

Salary Range: $122,000 to $160,000. Actual compensation for this role will depend on several factors including your qualifications, skills, competencies, geographic location, internal equity, and relevant experience. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the plan and/or program, whereby an award, if any, may depend on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
