About the Opportunity: KarmaCheck is seeking a highly motivated and analytical Senior Analyst to join our fast-paced and growing RevOps team. In this critical role, you will play a pivotal role in leading the connective tissue across all revenue functions, ensuring smooth operations, data-driven decision making, and continuous improvement. You will be a strategic partner to all cross-functional teams, providing insights and analysis to optimize processes, pricing, and overall efficiency.
Our ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years of experience across operations, finance, or revenue operations, ideally within a startup environment. They will be a strategic thinker who thrives on taking action and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves to tackle complex details. This highly organized individual is both a strategic thinker and a tactical doer, comfortable working at a high level and diving deep into the details when needed. Proficiency in Salesforce and/or HubSpot is a must.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead strategy across all teams RevOps Strategy & Collaboration
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success to develop and implement scalable processes, tools, and systems to streamline RevOps functions and improve efficiency.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying optimization opportunities, proposing solutions, and driving implementation.
- Manage the deal desk function, ensuring smooth contract negotiation and pricing accuracy, aligned with revenue goals.
- Guide cross-functional teams in deploying GTM strategy changes, considering impacts and stakeholder perspectives. Revenue Optimization & Analysis
- Leverage your strong analytical skills to analyze complex data sets to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and actionable insights for revenue growth.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track KPIs, communicating data insights clearly to stakeholders.
- Support the development and implementation of pricing strategies and sales financial analysis, leveraging your financial background to inform revenue decisions.
- Utilize your critical thinking skills and "no job too small" mentality to dive deep into data, troubleshoot problems, and find creative solutions to complex challenges. Sales Enablement & Marketing Operations
- Partner with Marketing to develop and execute sales enablement initiatives to empower the sales team.
- Utilize HubSpot for marketing automation, lead nurturing, and campaign management, ensuring data consistency and seamless integration with Salesforce.
- Lead technology implementations and optimizations, ensuring seamless operations and data accuracy across platforms.
What You’ll Bring:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets, translate insights into actionable strategies, and present findings effectively.
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce and/or HubSpot a must), sales automation tools, and business intelligence platforms.
- Advanced Excel skills (advanced formulas, pivot tables).
- Strategic thinking with a strong bias to action – you can roll up your sleeves and get into the details when needed.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage competing priorities, and maintain a high level of organization.
- Creative, scrappy, and innovative – you’re willing to think outside the box to achieve goals.

- The expected base compensation for this role is between $100K - $140K for work performed in the United States. Starting pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include seniority level, experience level, transferable skills, education, location, business needs, training, and market demands. This range may be modified in the future.
