Reporting to Associate Director, Network Strategy & Analytics, the Sr. Analyst, Provider Network Strategy will own predictive modeling, strategic planning, and process improvement to ensure our provider network is positioned for long-term success.
What youâll be doing:
- Network Growth Strategy & Modeling:
- Develop predictive models to forecast network expansion, ensuring alignment with the evolving needs of both existing and prospective customers.
- Design analytical models to highlight high-priority areas for network optimization
- Provider Benchmarking:
- Analyze provider performance across the network to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Design incentive programs to optimize provider costs and enhance engagement with top-performing providers.
- Track and report key metrics related to provider utilization, patient access, and satisfaction.
- Process Improvement:
- Lead initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery within Provider Operations.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, reduce inefficiencies, and improve provider utilization.
- Analytics & Reporting:
- Utilize data analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Looker) to generate actionable insights from large datasets.
