Beyond Yoga operates as a standalone brand with the benefit of LS&Co.’s global capabilities to help it achieve its goals of brand-building, store opening, category expansion and distribution.
As a Senior Account Executive, you will help implement a 4-P strategy (Product, Price, Place and Promotion), for several wholesale Resort accounts. Reporting into the VP of Wholesale, you will be the lead in setting and implementing strategies that support the Beyond Yoga brand with our customers in the marketplace and will manage all components of the business.
About the Job
- Manage our wholesale distribution within major sporting goods and outdoor co-op stores (REI, Scheels, etc.)
- Use selling skills, consumer insights, and negotiation skills to influence customers to purchase our portfolio of products that best help these partners, and the brand, meet financial targets and increase revenue
- Identify and deliver new business opportunities that increase profitable revenue
- Leverage seasonal selling reports and analysis tools to create strategies targeted towards enhancing account opportunities and improving revenue goals
- Manage all sizing tools and account specific product needs to ensure on time and accurate deliveries to reduce and prevent chargebacks
- Exceed seasonal and monthly sales goals
- Onboard new customers on our B2B platform, NuOrder
- Conduct quarterly meetings both digitally, in person on the road, and at trade shows with a large wholesale customer base
- Travel in the territory to prospect new stores, check inventory in existing stores, gain reorders, ensure product is merchandised, educate staff on the Beyond Yoga brand and cultivate relationship with buyers/owners/managers
- Shop key accounts and competition to provide market feedback and identify product opportunities
- Attend both national and regional tradeshows, conferences and sales meetings
- Help plan and implement retail-marketing plans in territory
- Support strategic account team programs such as product knowledge trainings
About You
- 5+ years of experience in sales; preferably in wholesale sales. Understanding of wholesale process in apparel field.
- Familiarity with the athleisure market, studio community and Beyond Yoga brand
- Understanding of retail math
- Ideally have relationships with buyers in the territory
- Must live in the territory, have a valid driver's license and car
- Knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Salesforce and NuOrder
This is hybrid position is based in our Culver City, CA headquarters or open to remote.
The expected starting salary range for this role is $58,100- $91,900 per year. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, performance and business needs.
