Job SummaryÂ
The Senior Account Executive will be responsible for leading and executing the companyâs business development strategy to drive revenue growth and expand market presence. This role will involve identifying and closing new business opportunities and building strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in business development, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders.
ResponsibilitiesÂ
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy that aligns with the companyâs overall growth objectives.
- Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including new markets, product lines, and strategic partnerships.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry influencers.
- Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth through the successful negotiation and closing of high-value deals/
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure a cohesive approach to market development and customer acquisition.
RequirementsÂ
- Experience:10+ years of experience in enterprise software and services.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and securing major business deals and partnerships.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Analytical Ability: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Communication Skills: Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence at all levels of the organization.
- Bachelorâs degree preferred.
- Association or Not for Profit Industry experience a plus.
- Travel: Ability to travel as required for business development activities.
