Job Overview

The SDR Enablement Business Partner role is a full-time remote position that will own the end to end development, management, and execution of SDR Enablement programs for the global SDR organization such as onboarding, post-onboarding, ongoing development, and the next-role readiness program (Fast Start). Through a continuous learning approach, this person will help the SDRs improve productivity and KPI success metrics by ensuring the team is enabled on core competencies including skills such as cold calling, qualification, messaging, products, and tools - in an engaging and digestible manner.
