School-Based Service Administrator

Position Purpose: Manage state-wide activities and projects to provide leadership for the development and enhancement of school-based health care services. Act as the service development and quality improvement liaison between the managed care organizations, medical and behavioral health care providers, schools, and community-based organizations.
Must reside in the state of IN, main counties include Marion and Allen.
Strategically identify, build, and maintain partnerships between medical and behavioral health care providers, schools, and community-based organizations.
Collaborate with partnering entities to provide consultative services throughout the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation phases of developing models of school-based health care
Research and analyze service needs/trends to develop leads with local school corporations and Special Service Programs.
Work with Centene’s Population Health Department to explore implementation of school-related health activities and initiatives
Identify resources, resolve issues, and assist in mitigating risks between partnering entities in the development and expansion of school-based health care services
Monitor and manage workflow and volume to ensure all contractual performance deliverables are met relative to school-based health care services
Licenses/Certifications: Current state driver’s license.Pay Range: $68,700.00 - $123,700.00 per year
