Salesforce Technical Architect with Financial Services - REMOTE

We’re excited to announce a new remote, full-time opportunity for a Salesforce Financial Services Technical Architect to join our team! Candidates can reside anywhere in the US but must be available to work Eastern Time Zone hours. Additionally, there may be occasional travel, less than 20% annually.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to architect technology solutions that meet client needs and visions.
- Provide visionary guidance to help clients see the big picture.
- Lead and mentor development teams, ensuring quality and adherence to best practices.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Ensure projects are on time, on budget, and aligned with the technology roadmap.
- Stay updated on the latest tools, languages, and methodologies in enterprise software development and marketing technology.
- Communicate complex technical solutions to both technical and business audiences.
- Deliver documentation and consulting to support client understanding and technology adoption.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Information Systems, or equivalent.
- 8+ years of experience in developing technology solutions.
- 5+ years of experience managing external client projects with increasing responsibility.
- Cross-cloud Salesforce experience, including Financial Services.
- Proficiency in front-end development and SFDC.
- Proven ability to design, optimize, and integrate business processes across disparate systems.
- Exceptional client-facing skills and the ability to manage scope positively.
- Experience with authoring, editing, and presenting technical documents.
- Experience working with globally distributed and offshore teams.
- Thorough understanding of OOP, design patterns, and enterprise application integration.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to develop processes and methodologies.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to rapidly learn new concepts, business models, and technologies.
- Skilled in all aspects of system design, including data modeling, integration design, and business process implementation.
Desired Experience:
- Experience with a professional consulting organization (e.g., Big 5 consulting).
- Ability to lead client sessions, resulting in clear requirements and technical design.
- Ability to secure client sign-off and commitment to designs and solutions.
