Job Description: As a Salesforce Technical Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions that align with the needs of our organization. This role demands deep technical excellence and understanding of the Salesforce platform, and an ability to design robust, scalable solutions, integrating Salesforce with other technologies. This full-time W-2 role is eligible for 100% remote work; however, the selected candidate must be able to perform work during standard east coast working hours of 9am ET to 5pm ET.  

Federal Requirements:  

• Must be a citizen of the United States.  
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Federal position of Public Trust clearance designation.  
• Must reside in and be able to perform work in the United States.  
• Must have lived in the United States for 3 of the last 5 years.  

Required Qualifications: 

• A bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, IT, or related field. 
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in Salesforce architecture, with a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, including its capabilities, limitations, and latest updates. 
• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or equivalent Salesforce certification is highly preferred. 
• Proven ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes via Salesforce technology.  
• Strong understanding of how to build and support highly scalable and reliable solutions on Salesforce platform. 
• Exceptional ability to communicate and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels, from end-users to executive leadership. 

Required Skills: 

• Expert knowledge of Salesforce.com, including functional knowledge of Sales, Service, Experience Cloud and other core Clouds. Experience in Health Cloud or Health care domain is preferred. 
• Proven experience with Salesforce development tools and techniques.
