Perficient is currently offering a remote career opportunity for a Salesforce Solutions Architect with expertise in Financial Services Cloud. Candidates can reside anywhere in the US but must be available to work Eastern Standard Time hours. Come join our expanding team!

Here are the key responsibilities for a Salesforce Solution Architect specializing in Financial Services Cloud:

  • Solution Design and Implementation:
    • Design and manage the implementation of Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements.
    • Ensure solutions are scalable and align with best practices.
  • Client Engagement:
    • Serve as a trusted advisor for customer conversations, driving enterprise architecture functions.
    • Conduct workshops and gather requirements to understand client needs.
  • Technical Leadership:
    • Provide guidance on application and integration development best practices.
    • Lead the creation of technical design documents and ensure effective integration with the client’s infrastructure.
  • Team Collaboration and Mentorship:
    • Advise and mentor diverse teams in technical and functional delivery aspects.
    • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Quality Assurance:
    • Oversee testing and deployment processes to ensure high-quality deliverables.
    • Implement and enforce coding standards and best practices.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and industry trends.
    • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation.
  • Minimum of 6 years of professional experience with Salesforce.
  • At least 2 project implementations that fully exploit the capabilities (discover, design, implement, and optimize) of the Salesforce platforms – this is a MUST.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a professional services company, consulting firm, or agency.
  • Experience with Financial Services Cloud and certification is a plus.
  • At least 3 years of recent Financial Services Industry experience.
  • Solid understanding of delivery methodology and ability to lead teams in implementing solutions according to design/architecture.
  • Experience in project and solution estimation and team structure definition.
  • Fluent and current on architecture trends with an eye on market/technical conditions and future direction.
  • Experience in defining new architectures and ability to drive an independent project from an architectural standpoint.
  • Demonstrated success in performing work and managing complex and/or large consulting projects.
  • Proficient in authoring, editing, and presenting technical documents.
  • Ability to elicit requirements and communicate clearly with non-technical individuals, development teams, and other ancillary project members.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical staff.
  • Desire to mentor younger team members and develop their skills.
  • Experience working on multiple concurrent projects.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Independent and self-driven.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.

Preferred Skills and Education

  • Master’s degree in computer science or related field.
  • Leadership and team management experience with the ability to provide strategic planning and oversight.
  • Experience leading customer workshop sessions to educate customers on the latest technology trends and best practices.
  • Track record of leadership roles delivering solutions within defined timeframes.
  • Experience working with a globally distributed team and managing offshore teams.

 

The salary range for this position takes into consideration a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, level of experience, applicable office location, training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The new hire salary range displays the minimum and maximum salary targets for this position across all US locations, and the range has not been adjusted for any specific state differentials. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the unique facts and circumstances regarding each candidate. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this position is $81,978 to $178,090. Please note that the salary range posted reflects the base salary only and does not include benefits or any potential equity or variable bonus programs.
