This role involves gathering requirements from healthcare clients, translating them into user stories in JIRA, and working closely with the development team to provide solutions using Salesforce Health Cloud. The ideal candidate will have deep technical and functional expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud and can configure customizations on the Salesforce platform. 

Qualifications:

  • Must reside in and be able to perform work in the United States. 
  • Must have lived in the United States for at least 3 years in the last 5. 
  • Must be able to obtain a public trust clearance. 
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, or related field is preferred. 
  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or Administrator, specifically with Salesforce Health Cloud. 
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce admin tasks and the ability to implement point-and-click customizations. 
  • Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies, particularly in writing detailed user stories and managing tasks/issues in JIRA. 
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage interactions with both technical and nontechnical clients. 
  • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator and Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator are desirable. 

Responsibilities:

  • Requirements Gathering: Conduct detailed meetings with healthcare clients to understand their business needs and challenges. Accurately gather and document requirements for system enhancements and customizations. 
  • User Story Development: Translate business requirements into well-articulated user stories in JIRA, ensuring clarity and completeness for development teams. 
  • Salesforce Health Cloud Configuration: Configure Salesforce Health Cloud environments according to project requirements, including workflows, custom objects, fields, page layouts, security settings, etc. 
  • Solution Design and SME Support: Serve as a subject matter expert in Salesforce Health Cloud, providing technical and functional guidance to both clients and development teams. Develop innovative solutions that leverage the capabilities of Health Cloud to meet client needs. 
  • Project Management and Collaboration: Collaborate closely with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and to specifications. Facilitate communication between all parties to address any issues or changes required during the project lifecycle. 
  • Testing and Validation: Coordinate testing efforts to ensure that configurations and developments meet initial business requirements and function correctly in the live environment. 
  • Training and Support: Provide training to end-users and ongoing support to ensure successful adoption and effective use of Salesforce Health Cloud functionalities.

Public Trust Clearance: This role requires the hired candidate to go through public clearance. A minimum of 3 years of stay in the U.S. within the last 5 years is a must to be eligible to qualify for public trust clearance sponsorship.   Work Location: We have open-collaboration offices in Leesburg VA and Baltimore MD for those who may prefer to work on-site. However, Softrams is a 100% remote-first team environment.
