About The Role
We are seeking a highly-motivated individual to manage our Salesforce instance. As a Salesforce Administrator, you will play a key role in maintaining and optimizing our Salesforce instance as part of Niche’s evolving Revenue Operations organization, reporting to the Manager of Revenue Systems & Technology. You will collaborate with business stakeholders and other administrators/developers to design, implement, test, and troubleshoot existing functionality, enhancements, and improvements within our instance.
What You Will Do
During the First Month:
- Collaborate with various team members to learn about the company
- Work with current sales, operations, and finance team leaders to begin to understand our customers, products, and systems
- Understand high level current state of systems configuration, architecture, and integrations
- Begin to develop knowledge of the core processes that power the sales org
Within 3 Months:
- Gain a further understanding of the role Salesforce plays in the overall business processes
- More deeply learn the processes for sprint planning and intake of enhancement requests
- Partner with our Sales Enablement & Support team to provide technical support and issue resolution for end-users of revenue systems as needed
- Identify initial opportunities for automation, data integration, and workflow optimization to enhance operational efficiency
Within 6 Months:
- Participate in the implementation, configuration, and ongoing administration of Salesforce and other revenue-related systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement processes, workflows, and automation
- Comprehend the workflows and general architecture behind the fully-customized pieces of the Niche Salesforce instance
- Internalize the team methodology for building automation and security
