If so, the Sales Support Representative provides effective sales administrative support to assist the team with bringing new members onboard and retaining the customers we serve. This position performs advanced administrative, operational and customer support duties that require independent initiative and judgment. The Sales Support Representative 3 provides timely and effective sales administrative support to assist with the acquisition or retention of customers. The Sales Support Representative 3 performs advanced administrative/operational/customer support duties that require independent initiative and judgment. May apply intermediate mathematical skills.

This is a remote position. In this role you will provide effective sales administrative support, assisting with the recruiting, training, and development and retention of sales agents while supporting an organization consisting of 11 leaders and 200 sales agents. On average you will spend 70% of your allocated time supporting Sales Agents and 30% of your allocated time supporting leaders, which can vary on the time of year. You will compile reporting, presentations, administer sales contests, and adhere to budgets that enable success for the sales department.

Sales Support to Agents

  • Supports new agent onboarding efforts including welcome calls, support for new equipment received, engagement with onboarding processes, and preparation for training.
  • Maintaining and updating necessary documentation and agent details (SANs, User IDs, email address, phone extensions) to assist with system access, email, and report distributions, and appropriately skilled to receive all applicable call types
  • Organizes regular agent focus groups, connecting agents and various levels of leadership, to further agent experience and retention.
  • Responds to concerns from agents, including availability and quality of materials, research for accuracy, and escalates to leadership with recommendations for improvement.
  • Develops, administers, tracks and reports on agent sales contests, ensuring alignment with desired business outcomes and remaining within contest and promotional budgets.

Sales Organizational Support to Leaders

  • Organizes recruiting efforts (interview schedules, consensus sessions, offer tracking, candidate tracking, job fairs and other recruiting activities).  Reviews associate and leader experience and makes recommendations on process improvements.
