About the Team/Role
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Implementation Specialist to join our team. The Implementation Specialist will play a crucial role in assisting new customers in navigating our online portal, ordering necessary cards/products, and providing essential support during the initial stages of their account setup. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with both customers and internal teams, particularly with our sales department, to ensure a seamless and successful implementation process.
How you’ll make an impact
● Assist new customers in understanding and utilizing our online portal effectively for account management purposes.
● Guide customers through our products ensuring they are equipped with the essential tools for their operations.
● Provide hands-on support and training to customers during the initial stages of their account setup, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
● Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and preferences, ensuring a tailored and personalized implementation experience.
● Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and progress through our tracking tool(Salesforce), ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and up-to-date.
● Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the implementation process, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our services.
Experience you'll bring
● Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
● Must be able to thrive in a deadline and detail-oriented environment.
● Must be efficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
● Have excellent communication skills.
● Be self motivated.
