Role Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly analytical Strategy & Operations Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing and supporting the sales process, ensuring the effectiveness of sales operations, and providing key data-driven insights to commercial leaders. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, an understanding of sales processes, and the ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
Location: This is a remote role. Candidates located on the East Coast, specifically Maine, Boston and New York, are preferred due to proximity to clients and team operations.
Scope of responsibilities:
Reporting to the VP, Strategy & Operations, you will manage responsibilities across a variety of analytical projects including:
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, including adhoc analyses on sales performance, KPIs, pipeline health, etc.
- Perform adhoc analyses and develop perspectives on effectiveness of sales organizational and compensation strategies, developing new recommendations (e.g. evaluating team resourcing models, developing investment recommendations to support new business, etc.)
