We are looking for a Senior World-Check Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving new business growth for our World-Check product by identifying, targeting, and closing sales opportunities with financial institutions, government agencies, and corporate clients!

 

As a Senior World-Check Sales Executive, you will be expected to have a deep understanding of the compliance industry, specifically the financial crime compliance sector. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers within target organizations to understand their needs and challenges, and to present our solutions effectively.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Identify new sales opportunities and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals
  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed revenue targets
  • Conduct in-depth research to understand the needs and challenges of target organizations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within target organizations
  • Present the features and benefits of World-Check to prospective clients, and tailor proposals to meet their specific requirements
  • Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports to management
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience, from initial contact through to implementation and ongoing support
  • Keep up to date with industry developments and competitor activity, and use this knowledge to inform sales strategies and tactics
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences, and participate in relevant networking activities

 

Requirements:

  • 3+ years demonstrated ability in sales within the financial crime compliance industry
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong understanding of the compliance industry, specifically the financial crime compliance sector
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of self-motivation and initiative
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Compensation/Benefits Information (New York applicants only):

LSEG is committed to offering competitive Compensation and Benefits. The anticipated base salary for this position is $113,200 - $210,400.

Please be aware base salary ranges may vary by geographic location, city and state. In addition to our offered base salary, this role is eligible for our Variable Incentive Compensation plan. Target variable compensation will be commensurate with the posted career stage. Individual salary will be reflective of job related knowledge, skills and equivalent experience. LSEG roles (excluding internships and part-time roles of less than 20 hours per week) are typically eligible for inclusion in our LSEG Benefits program, which includes offerings of: Annual Wellness Allowance, Paid time-off, Medical, Dental, Vision, Flex Spending & Health Savings Options, Prescription Drug plan, 401(K) Savings Plan and Company match.
