Note: This position will be designated as temporary and part-time (20 hours per week) as it will cover a leave within the department. The current, anticipated timeline for the role will be December 2024 through March 2025, though the position term is subject to change based on Company needs.

Our Sales Operations Administrator (Part-Time, Temporary) will be instrumental in supporting our sales team in maintaining accurate sales data and ensuring smooth operations across all sales activities, with a particular focus on the Partner Channel program. As a crucial link between sales, cloud + procurement, and customer success, the Sales Operations Administrator will set meetings; ensure accuracy and availability of sales documentation; manage CRM data; and assist with reporting. Essential functions include:
- Email Management & Response: Support sales department & channel partners with client communication, mailbox/call/ticket queue management by responding to inquiries and emails within 24 hours, ensuring timely communication and addressing initial questions.
- CRM Documentation: Accurately document deal and opportunity details in HubSpot CRM, maintaining updated and organized records.
- Data Entry: Enter deal information into a master spreadsheet to enable simplified tracking and easy access to relevant data.
- Follow-Up Coordination: Conduct follow-ups with partners and potential opportunities following deal registration or inquiry, sending secondary and tertiary follow-ups if needed to secure responses.
- Meeting Coordination: Arrange internal calls with partners, account executives (AEs), and other team members to assess opportunities and align on deal strategies.
- Discovery Call Scheduling: Schedule and coordinate discovery calls involving partners, customers, and the internal team.
- Quote Management: Work closely with the licensing team to secure quotes for CSP (Cloud Solution Provider) licensing opportunities, ensuring internal alignment and delivering quotes to partners before customer-facing calls.
Additionally, this employee will be required to demonstrate a high level of commitment to Company values; adhere to all Company policies and procedures; and perform all related duties as assigned by supervisor.
