Our Sales Operations Administrator (Part-Time, Temporary) will be instrumental in supporting our sales team in maintaining accurate sales data and ensuring smooth operations across all sales activities, with a particular focus on the Partner Channel program. As a crucial link between sales, cloud + procurement, and customer success, the Sales Operations Administrator will set meetings; ensure accuracy and availability of sales documentation; manage CRM data; and assist with reporting. Essential functions include:
- Email Management & Response: Support sales department & channel partners with client communication, mailbox/call/ticket queue management by responding to inquiries and emails within 24 hours, ensuring timely communication and addressing initial questions.
- CRM Documentation: Accurately document deal and opportunity details in HubSpot CRM, maintaining updated and organized records.
- Data Entry: Enter deal information into a master spreadsheet to enable simplified tracking and easy access to relevant data.
- Follow-Up Coordination: Conduct follow-ups with partners and potential opportunities following deal registration or inquiry, sending secondary and tertiary follow-ups if needed to secure responses.
- Meeting Coordination: Arrange internal calls with partners, account executives (AEs), and other team members to assess opportunities and align on deal strategies.
- Discovery Call Scheduling: Schedule and coordinate discovery calls involving partners, customers, and the internal team.
- Quote Management: Work closely with the licensing team to secure quotes for CSP (Cloud Solution Provider) licensing opportunities, ensuring internal alignment and delivering quotes to partners before customer-facing calls.
Additionally, this employee will be required to demonstrate a high level of commitment to Company values; adhere to all Company policies and procedures; and perform all related duties as assigned by supervisor.
Education and Work Experience Requirements:
- Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred, as well as 6+ months in a sales administrative/operations position. Equivalent combinations of education and/or relevant work experience will be considered. If performing work remotely, prior experience successfully meeting performance expectations in a remote position is highly desired.
- The ideal candidate will be extremely organized and detail-oriented, an efficiency rockstar, and an excellent verbal and written (English) communicator, as job requires frequent interactions with internal and external customers.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and then independently implement prescribed processes and procedures while maintaining high levels of customer service.
- Ability to handle high volumes of requests and tasks; time management; can-do attitude; and demonstrated ability to work in a team environment are required.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and carry out assigned tasks to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
- Exceptional critical thinking: ability to use logic and reasoning to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions
- Superb problem analysis and resolution both at a strategic and functional level: ability to identify complex problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions
Technical Skills/Competencies:
- Strong proficiency in workplace software applications (MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Outlook; Teams) is required.
- Proficiency with CRM Tools: Experience with HubSpot CRM (or similar CRM platforms) is preferred for efficient data entry, tracking, and managing partner information.
- Ability to quickly develop and maintain fundamental knowledge of Microsoft licensing structures and Managed Solution offerings is essential. Prior experience selling/administering Microsoft Licensing highly desired and familiarity with CSP licensing and Microsoft solutions is a plus.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable with digital tools and can quickly adapt to new software or systems as needed.

Shift + Availability: Monday through Friday, hours to be agreed upon based on Company needs. Company operates in Pacific Time Zone, though some scheduling flexibility may be offered for employees in other regions. This position is approved for up to 20 hours per week.
Work Location/Remote Status: This position is eligible for remote work, within a state where Managed Solution has payroll operations. Employees will work from a home office within an assigned state. Your presence at our company headquarters in San Diego, CA; at meetings/conferences/off-site events; at client locations; or elsewhere, may be required on occasion.
Compensation & Benefits*
Base Wage Range: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
Managed Solution considers a range of factors when determining an appropriate wage. Such factors include but are not limited to: years of related experience, industry knowledge, formal education, relevant certifications, and geographic location. Candidates should note that it is not typical for new hires to enter a position at the highest end of a position’s pay range. Wages are paid as earned and in accordance with Company policies.
