Overview

We are recruiting for a Sales Operations Specialist to join our growing IGT PlaySports team. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of the sports betting industry with the ability to quickly grasp technical details. The candidate is customer-centric and a natural problem solver with the ability to become a trusted partner by adding value to the PlaySports business. The role reports to the Director, Sales of Sports Betting.


Work Location:
This position is remote from home anywhere in the U.S.


Responsibilities:
ā€¢ Process orders internally
ā€¢ Coordinate customer logistics for events, support sales team at shows
ā€¢ Support sales team for pursuits
ā€¢ Track and maintain hardware build plan
ā€¢ Help generate proposals.
ā€¢ Attend sales calls
ā€¢ Attend customer engagements
ā€¢ Track and maintain sales pipeline
ā€¢ Track and maintain contract tickler file
ā€¢ Track and maintain contact database.
ā€¢ Maintains and enhances sales force automation systems
ā€¢ Assist in preparation of proposals, RFP responses, and sales collateral.Ā 
ā€¢ Analyse potential new markets to understand regulations, competitor landscape, and opportunities
ā€¢ Collect competitor information and product information to feed back into the organization
ā€¢ Consolidate and maintain prospectsā€™ pipeline for commercial planning, analysis and forecastĀ 
ā€¢ Reporting

Requirements

ā€¢ Experience in the gaming industry sports betting, or technology company preferredĀ 
ā€¢ Knowledge of finance/accounting concepts
ā€¢ Demonstrated problem solving skills
ā€¢ Experience with SalesForce
ā€¢ Bachelorā€™s degree
ā€¢ Excellent communication skillsĀ 
ā€¢ Ability to quickly grasp technical concepts
ā€¢ Ability to wear multiple hats and work at a fast paceĀ 
ā€¢ Strong analytical skills with the demonstrated ability to turn data into actionable insights
ā€¢ Performance driven, detail and results oriented
ā€¢ Project Management experience a plus
ā€¢ No impediments to obtaining a gaming license ā€¦
