Sales Operations, Seller Support

Job Description:
As the Sales Operations – Seller Support, you will be the go-to person for supporting our Growth Officer (GO) and the Enterprise Sales Leads (ESL) Team. You will be part of the Growth Operations team, reporting to the Sr. Director, Governance & Integration.
You Will:
- Advance deals through the sales process from lead to contract by supporting our Enterprise Sales Leads (ESLs) and ensuring critical sales processes are followed.
- Be the Subject Matter Expert on internal sales processes, Salesforce CRM, best practices, and other internal tools.
- Support ESLs through one-on-one and small group forums when process or system updates occur.
- Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Human Resources to move deals through the sales process.
- Manage data governance within Salesforce CRM related to pipeline opportunities and other records owned by ESLs.
- Identify sales process bottlenecks and inconsistencies to improve our sales team performance and processes.
- Maintain sales process and system documentation to guide the onboarding of new joiners.
- Provide ad hoc support to the Growth Officer, ESLs, and Growth Operations team on projects aligned with current business focus.
You Have:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related field or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of experience in sales or business operations
- Salesforce or similar CRM experience is required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets)
The anticipated salary range for this position is $78,000-$126,500. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law.
