Perceptyx is hiring! The Sales Operations Analyst role is crucial in providing comprehensive support to the sales and sales operations team. In this role, you will handle a wide range of administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day business operations. This includes generating insightful reports and analysis by leveraging our sales operations technical stack (we use SFDC, Malbek, and Salesforce CPQ). Your findings will be shared with executives, management, and business team members, allowing them to make informed decisions based on accurate and relevant data.

In addition to reporting and analysis, you will play a critical role in maintaining the integrity of our financial and legal processes. You will meticulously review order forms to ensure they are complete, accurate, and compliant with our company's financial policies and legal standards. By aligning Salesforce opportunities with completed contracts during the booking process, you will guarantee adherence to recognized revenue recognition principles.

As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will provide essential support to our Sales Operations Manager in handling administrative tasks within SF.com, CPQ, and our CLM, Malbek (if you're tech-savvy, we can teach you) contributing to the overall success of the team.

Some things you will do:

  • Sales and revenue data reporting and analytics, sales business intelligence and compensation tools management.
  • Deal Desk, Sales Operations, or Contract Operations/Management. Conduct meticulous reviews of order forms for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company financial policies and legal standards.
  • Provide pricing and deal structuring guidance to sales, to align deals with organizational goals and objectives, and are financially sound.
