Job Title: Sales Manager (Motor Dealers)
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 36.25 hours per week
Salary: up to £65,000 and up to 20% annual bonus, car allowance of £600 per month and benefits
Location: UK wide

The Sales Manager will lead and oversee the dealer facing sales team within the Motor Division. They will be responsible for supporting and motivating sales staff, developing sales strategies, setting goals, and ensuring customer satisfaction. They also monitor and analyse sales data, manage budgets and resources and coordinate with other departments and stakeholders.

As a Sales Manager at Tandem your focus will be on:
- Setting sales targets and objectives for the Account Managers.
- Sales forecasting and budgeting.
- Sales strategy development.
- Research customer needs and identify how our solutions address them.
- Achieving dealer sales targets and personal objectives.
- Develop skills continually for hiring, and leading team members, and ensure they are using effective sales tactics to meet revenue objectives.
