Sales Executive - United Kingdom - Remote

KodyPay, a dynamic and rapidly expanding Fintech company, is seeking a driven Sales Executive to join their team. The Sales Executive will play a critical role in growing the business by identifying and converting new sales opportunities and nurturing relationships with existing clients.

KodyPay delivers innovative payment solutions to brick and mortar businesses, primarily in the hospitality industry, with a mobile point of sale platform and payments aggregator. With recent funding from prominent tech investors and leading hospitality chains, KodyPay is poised for significant growth.

The Sales Executive will be a key member of the team, working with the VP of Commercial to drive business growth. The start date will be early May 2024

Responsibilities

  • Develop new business opportunities and expand the KodyPay client base in the hospitality industry and other sectors
  • Convert these opportunities into signed deals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction
  • Develop a deep understanding of KodyPay's products and services in order to effectively communicate their value proposition to potential clients
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and identify new market opportunities to drive business growth
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product and account management, to ensure customer needs are met and revenue targets are achieved
  • Represent KodyPay at industry events and conferences to increase brand awareness and generate new leads

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of recent sales experience in payments or fintech
  • Network of contacts in hospitality or retail
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Ability to understand complex products and services, and articulate their value to potential clients
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Based in the UK with the right to work in the UK
  • Available to start in early February 2024

  • Salary of £30,000-35,000 per year plus £40,000 annual potential for OTE
  • Remote-first and flexible working. We also allow our team to work from outside of the UK for part of the year, subject to tax laws and of course our customer needs (most of which are based in London)

  • £200 to spend on furniture to make your workplace comfy. Your laptop will of course be covered by KodyPay separately
