What does a great Sales Executive do at Fiserv?

As a Sales Executive at Fiserv, you will play a crucial role in helping us meet our customer strategic goals in the ePayments business group. With constant product development and integration, you will have the opportunity to work on innovative capabilities and functionality. This position is perfect for self-starters who enjoy problem-solving and strategic thinking with our clients. You will work closely with Account Executives, assisting with operational and strategic needs, while also maintaining and supporting client relationships.

What you will do:

  • Proactively manage the operational requirements of the ePayments client base, ensuring quality delivery and maintenance support of all products and services.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to develop and implement a functional vision for assignments, driving client satisfaction with service delivery.
  • Deliver the value proposition and build relationships at all levels of the client organization.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance the Fiserv-client partnership, including cost-saving initiatives.
  • Prepare and deliver operational Account Reviews and performance reporting, providing insights into service delivery, SLAs, and KPIs.
  • Participate in implementations, ensuring that ongoing services are delivered on time and meet client requirements.

What You Will Need to Have:

  • High school education required, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of customer support experience, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of application and financial industry as it pertains to the assigned client base.
  • Proficient oral and written communication skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of the banking industry and bank operations.
  • Excellent relationship building skills.
  • Aptitude for technology and analysis tools.
  • Executive presence to influence senior decision-makers.

What Would Be Great to Have:

  • Previous experience in the financial services industry.
  • Familiarity with ePayments solutions.
  • Experience with project management.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices and regulations.
  • Familiarity with process improvement methodologies.

Salary Range

$65,400.00 - $139,300.00
