Sales Executive, Senior

What does a great Sr. Sales Exec do at Fiserv?
As a Senior Sales Executive at Fiserv, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through direct sales of Decision Data Fraud products and services, focusing on Enterprise Performance Management solutions. Your primary goal will be to target and engage with financial institutions with over $750M in assets, effectively presenting the value propositions of our solutions to key decision-makers.

What You Will Do:

  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of assigned products and services, articulating their value to target audiences.
  • Meet and exceed sales quotas by generating leads and driving bookings for DDF products and services within designated territories.
  • Develop strategies, account plans, and relationships within assigned territories to achieve sales targets.
  • Conduct client visits, deliver sales presentations, and showcase product demos to potential customers.
  • Manage leads effectively through the sales process, from prospect qualification to closing deals, while maintaining accurate sales pipeline forecasts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of the sales process and achievement of revenue goals.

What You Will Need to Have:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • 5 years of experience in sales within the financial services industry
  • 5+ years of consultative sales experience at a major enterprise software vendor, preferably in performance management and accounting & finance solutions
  • Proven track record of successful sales to financial institutions, targeting C-level executives.
  • Strong knowledge of financial services industry regulations and sales techniques.
  • Ability to travel up to 20-30%.

What Would Be Great to Have:

  • Previous experience with enterprise software vendors in performance management and accounting & finance solutions.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, particularly when engaging with C-level executives.
  • Positive attitude under pressure, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Strong client relationship management abilities.

Salary Range

$71,400.00 - $151,900.00
