Sales Excellence Business & Analytics Partner - Ultrasound

The Ultrasound Business & Analytics Partner is responsible for accelerating business performance by supporting the Ultrasound Service Sales team while meeting overall Ultrasound business reporting needs related to funnel management, OIT and revenue forecasting, performance reporting, and strategic insights & analytics. This role will be pivotal in influencing strategic and tactical decisions regarding the sales team by developing and implementing analytics and reporting to enable best in class sales execution.

Your role:

The Sales Excellence Business & Analytics Partner reports to the Sales Excellence leader.  This role will be an integral partner to the existing Sales Excellence team and work closely with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Finance, Operations and others.

  • Reporting and analysis including, but not limited to Order/Revenue Intake, Market Data, Competitive Analysis, Opportunity and Funnel Analysis, Forecasting, Salesforce Deployment/Effectiveness, Territory Management, Quota Setting, Compensation Review, and more.
  • Defining and administering Key Performance Indicators
  • Creating Daily Management boards; Executing Daily Management
  • Identifying and communicating anomalies in performance as well as proposed solutions
  • Challenging the current ways of working to further enhance and automate reporting efforts through process improvement initiatives
  • Simplifying complex data into easy to comprehend analysis
  • Developing reporting tools, including dashboards and visualizations, to explain business insights

You're the right fit if:

  • You have a bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, mathematics, economics, statistics or related field (preferred)
  • You have 5+ years experience working in an analytical function such as sales operations, marketing or finance preferably in the healthcare industry
  • You possess strong data analysis, data management, data structuring, and data visualization capabilities
  • Fluency in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and other common business tools as well as fluency with standard salesforce.com functionality
  • Experience with analytical and insight tools such as Qlik, Tableau, etc. highly preferred
  • Ability to deliver analytical solutions such as dashboards or reports in PowerBI; Data processing languages such as PowerQuery, DAX, and SQL
  • Experience with PowerAutomate and PowerApps or other no-code/low code platforms or automation platforms (preferred)
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
