We're looking for a Sales Engineering Manager to join our Americas Field Sales Commercial team as a people leader. This is a remote position, however, occasional travel to customer sites and internal events may be required. Reporting to the Commercial Sales Engineering Director, you’ll be responsible for:
- Hiring and developing the sales engineering team.
- Refining the sales engineering processes such as discovery, technical qualification and proof-of-concept.
- Developing solution and customer proposals and deliver product and solution demonstrations
- Providing advice and support response to requests for proposals (RFPs), i.e. present recommendations and associated benefits to clients.
- Collaborating with a variety of our teams to ensure solutions are implemented and supported following client expectations.
What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of experience in sales engineering or systems engineering with at least 5 years managing and directing a sales engineering team.
- Excellent knowledge and prior experience selling network security technologies.
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Participate in regional industry events and with other organizations as subject matter expert.
- Project management skills.
- Experience with Commercial accounts.

Zscaler’s salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) + benefits.
