As a Sales Engineer at Rad AI, you’ll play a critical role in bridging the gap between our cutting-edge radiology AI products and the needs of our clients. You’ll work closely with both our sales and product teams to deliver technical expertise and solutions that drive adoption and satisfaction among our healthcare partners. What You'll Be Doing:
Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide sales support
Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase the value of Rad AI solutions
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Rad AI's product offerings and competitive landscape
Assist in the creation of detailed proposals and RFP responses that highlight our technical capabilities
Work with product management and engineering to provide customer feedback and influence product development
Ensure seamless integration and implementation of Rad AI solutions in customer environments
Provide post-sales support and training to ensure client satisfaction and product effectiveness
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities
Who We're Looking For:
Passionate about Rad AI’s mission and excited about the impact of AI in healthcare
Strong technical background with the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams
Entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive approach to problem-solving and customer engagement
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and manage multiple priorities
5+ years of experience in a sales engineering or technical sales role, preferably in a SaaS or healthcare technology company
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
Experience with radiology systems, healthcare IT, and AI technologies is highly desirable
Proven track record of successful customer interactions and project implementations
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools; experience with HubSpot is a plus
This Would Be Nice to Have:
Advanced degree in a technical or business discipline
Experience in a high-growth startup environment
Knowledge of data integration and API solutions
Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data to inform decisions
