Position Summary
As a Sales Enablement Coordinator, you’ll provide administrative support for Guild Mortgage’s two customer communication platforms, Outreach and Salesforce Sales Cadences. You will partner with the Sales Enablement Sr. Specialist to assist with onboarding and training of users. You will be the front line of customer service for users, answering questions, directing users to training opportunities, and triaging email inboxes for the Sales Enablement team. You’ll also assist with content creation and organization.
Essential Functions
- Manage the team email/support inboxes or chats, ensuring queries are answered within the designated SLA and escalating to internal teams as necessary.
- Assist with content creation and cadence planning, both at the request of individuals and on behalf of the enterprise.
- Act as a librarian of available sales enablement material, maintaining order and knowledge of top performing communication cadences.
- Gather feedback from sales tool users to optimize the entire sales process. Take ownership of adjusting training material as needed.
- Provide project management support for Sales Enablement team, ensuring timelines are met and project list is up to date.
Qualifications
- Associate's degree directly related to the position or applicable work experience equivalent, preferred.
- Minimum two years' experience in a high performing sales, marketing, or learning and development role/organization.
- An understanding of the sales environment, including sales content, technology, and training.
- Proven experience with project prioritization and time management.
- Strong written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics.
- Fast learner with technology and processes.
- Customer service mentality is required.
- Experience walking people through a multi-step process, ideally with technology.
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM preferred.
- Experience using Outreach, SalesLoft or similar sales enablement tool a plus.
- Experience working in financial services, real estate, insurance, or other settlement service provider a plus.
- Having the ability to understand and relate to top sales producers is a huge plus.

Supervision
- Job Scope: Assists in a variety of duties at the direction of more senior staff and contributes as a team member and resource to others in the unit.

Requirements
Physical: Work is primarily sedentary; mobility in an office setting.
Manual Dexterity: Ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.
Audio/Visual: Regularly required to accurately perceive, distinguish and interpret information received visually and through audio; e.g., words, numbers and other data broadcasted aloud/viewed on a screen, as well as print and other media. Ability to accurately interpret sounds and associated meanings at a volume consistent with interpersonal conversation. Expressing or exchanging ideas by means of the spoken word to impart oral information to clients or the public and to convey detailed spoken instructions to other workers accurately, loudly, or quickly.
Environmental: Office environment – moderate noise, no substantial exposure to adverse environmental conditions.
Mental: Learn new tasks, remember processes, maintain focus, complete tasks independently, and make timely decisions in the context of a workflow. This role requires effective adaptation to workplace stressors, including customer service complaints, security responsibilities, and competing priorities. Must be able to adhere to process protocol. Must be able to apply established protocols in a timely manner.
Schedules: Work is primarily performed during the business week, Monday - Friday.
Travel: 5% or less
