What You’ll Do
- Think strategically and develop innovative approaches to drive sales and revenue growth in the pharma advertising sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
- Travel frequently to meet clients, cultivate partnerships, and identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of advertising campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to drive continuous improvement and stay ahead of the curve.
- Utilize your energy and drive to work relentlessly towards meeting and exceeding sales targets.
What We’re Looking For
- A passion for strategic thinking and a desire to challenge the status quo.
- Proven experience in sales or a deep understanding of the pharma advertising business.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills to establish and maintain client partnerships effectively.
- Willingness to travel extensively and live on the road to nurture client relationships.

- A self-driven and motivated individual who enjoys taking ownership and going the extra mile.
- Sales experience is preferred, but we are open to considering candidates who can demonstrate their potential to make a significant impact at Healthgrades.
Pursuant to various state Fair Pay Acts, below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company. The following benefits are provided by RVO Health, subject to eligibility requirements.
- Starting Salary: $110,000 - $125,000 + Commission
