Responsibilities: Lead Generation:
- Research and identify potential customers through various data sources, including sales intelligence data systems, online research, social media, and industry events.
- Utilize prospecting tools and techniques to build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and other forms of communication to engage with prospects.
- Qualify leads based on defined criteria and gather relevant information to pass on to the sales team.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and our product/service offerings to effectively communicate value propositions to potential clients.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of qualified leads and provide valuable insights into customer needs and preferences.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with leads and customers in the CRM system.
- Generate regular reports on lead generation activities, conversion rates, and other key performance metrics.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Self-motivated with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Previous experience in sales development.
- Experience with CRM (Salesforce) and SEP systems (Outreach)
