The Sales Development Representative for AutoCamp & Field Station will be a strategic and key member of the sales team. Through proactive sales efforts you will be responsible for lead generation for all AHG properties with a special focus on specific properties as identified and communicated by the VP of Sales. SDR’s are 100% proactive, securing qualified leads for our Area and Enterprise sales team members. SDR’s not only prospect digitally but also via telephone and by making outside sales calls. A successful Sales Development Representative will be a self-starter with extensive experience in proactive sales and knowledge of sales within hospitality. This position will be able to clearly articulate the AutoCamp value proposition to prospective clients and will have a track record of finding business, meeting and exceeding activity goals. This position is remote/work from home and must be based in New York City. Sales Development Representatives report directly to the Corporate Dir. of Enterprise Sales.

Essential Functions


  • Perform targeted proactive solicitation of businesses and organizations to strategically grow overall revenues across the AutoCamp / Field Station collection.
  • Meet or exceed goals as established by sales leadership. Goals will be based on activity, account acquisition and revenue generation. 
  • Aggressively pursue new accounts/business on a regular basis by prospecting, conducting client visits and raising AutoCamp / Field Station collection of properties awareness through virtual and in person presentations.
  • Identify key accounts and build a strategic plan to expand business opportunities within those accounts.
