Sales Development Representative

Dionach are a leading information security consultancy with over 20 years of experience, offering innovative solutions to the growing concerns surrounding cyber-security.
We have grown rapidly in the past 12 months and are looking to expand our team with a Sales Development Representative (SDR) who can support new business initiatives and Dionach’s commercial growth strategies. This is an entry-level sales position which will have a focus on governance, risk and compliance services within Dionach.

This position will be a supporting function of Dionach’s new business growth strategy within cybersecurity, helping organisations protect their digital assets and maintain compliance in a rapidly evolving industry.
Your responsibilities will include lead generation, relationship building and administrative support. You will be appraised on achieving quality and activity targets, helping to source and support new business opportunities. Activities will include outbound sales prospecting and administrative support such as proposal writing and data entry.
To be successful as a Sales Development Representative, you will develop and nurture strong relationships with both customers and your colleagues. Our consultative approach and collaborative culture requires that each candidate be able to communicate effectively through all levels of an organisation.

Requirements
Essential requirements for the role:
· Experience in account management or sales development.
· 2 years of experience minimum in B2B sales.
· Have a good track record of building relationships.
· Experience in using a sales/operations platform such as CRM, Salesforce etc.
· Proactive and resourceful.
· Good analytical mind and critical thinking.
· Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
· Great attention to detail.
· Excellent time management.
Experiences and skills that would also be beneficial:
· A genuine interest in cybersecurity.
· Start-up mindset.
· University degree in any discipline, or a strong, demonstratable knowledge of appropriate experience and professional skills.
