What are we looking for: An enthusiastic Sales Development Representative (SDR) for North America to become a vital part of our growing team.
Experience: Entry to Mid-Level Availability: Full-time Job Function: Sales Development Representative Salary: 28,000-50,000 USD Base + Commission
Your Responsibilities:
- Generate and pursue new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and social media channels.
- Qualify prospects and arrange meetings for the sales team with potential financial services clients.
- Research and identify potential clients in the target sectors, with an emphasis on Accountancy, Tax Advisory, Auditing, and Banking.
- Maintain and update the CRM database with lead and prospect information.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads.
- Track personal performance and contribute to overall team targets.
Requirements
What you need:
- 1-3 years of experience in sales or customer support, ideally in a B2B context.
- Interest in financial services and experience with SaaS solutions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- A positive mindset and a commitment to achieving sales targets.
