Overview


Are you an ambitious, self-motivated individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences? Join our team as a Sales Associate, where you'll work closely with our Key Account Manager to drive results and foster relationships within a dynamic territory. This 12-month contract position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the beverage alcohol industry, with the potential for renewal.

  • Location: Greater Edmonton Area
  • Salary: $50,000 per annum + car allowance

​Note: This is a contract position for approximately 12 months.

What You’ll Do

- Customer Account Management

  • Support Tier 1 and Tier 2 chain accounts through a regular call cycle, ensuring exceptional service and alignment with Corby’s standards.
  • Apply approved promotions, such as value-add items, gift packaging, or rebate coupons, to drive sales within the product portfolio.
  • Address inventory issues promptly, either directly with store staff or through escalation to the Key Account Manager.

- Sales Performance

  • Collaborate with Sales and Key Account Managers to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for your territory.
  • Contribute to territory planning by assisting in setting and tracking objectives within Corby’s CRM system.
  • Monitor competitor activity and share actionable insights with the management team.

- Operational Excellence

  • Execute all administrative tasks to a high standard, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
  • Learn and implement the Corby Approach to Selling in every sales call, contributing positively to the team’s overall performance.
  • Represent Corby’s values and maintain a professional, customer-focused approach.

What You Bring

  • Strong customer service experience with demonstrated success in a sales or service-oriented role.
  • Proven ability to manage time effectively, stay organized, and pay attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
  • A self-motivated, proactive attitude with a strong drive to achieve results.
  • Industry-related sales experience is an asset.
  • Ability to travel locally, with a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.

Education Requirements

  • University degree or equivalent experience.
