Your role as the Sales and Channel/Partner Director The key focus and area of critical responsibility for Bridge Partners’ Solution Director is leadership of the GTM effort in support of Sales Channels solutions. Primary responsibilities include: ·       Creation of Bridge Partners Intellectual Property (IP) & Thought Leadership related to services and offerings ·       Offer construction, packaging, pricing models(s) and enablement associated with services and offerings·       ICP definition and route-to-market determinations for services and offerings·       Senior /advisory-level project delivery for key firm clients·       Practice-related revenue and margin momentum and growth·       Partnership with Client Services/Accounts to pursue, sell, scope, and oversee delivery of projects·       Readiness & enablement of Client Services and Delivery personnel ·       Exec-level comms with internal stakeholders, and contribution to firm-level initiatives

How you'll contribute

  • Creation of Bridge Partners Intellectual Property (IP) & Thought Leadership related to Sales and Partner/Channel services and offerings; exec-level comms and presentations
  • ICP definition, offer construction, packaging, pricing models(s) and enablement associated with services and offerings
  • Advisory-level billable project delivery for key firm clients
  • Readiness & enablement of Client Services and Delivery personnel; active involvement to pursue, sell, scope, and oversee delivery of projects

Your skills and approach

  • Professional Services experience (Consulting and/or Agency) including co-selling; 10+ years of relevant experience and/or education in related fields
  • Experience & demonstrated acumen in IP development, ICP/Buyer definition, Route-to-Market determinations
  • Scoping, pricing, and delivery management experience; working knowledge of CRM and PRM tools
  • Deep understanding of modern B2B enterprise sales dynamics, business drivers, and functional best practices
  • Subject matter expertise in sales channel strategy, enablement and execution across Global, Field, Partner
  • Experience with various partner types (e.g. MSPs, VARs, CSPs, SIs) and sales motions such as co-sell and marketplaces
  • Experience in defining and scoping complex projects and programs
  • Vision and capability to create innovative, accessible, and market-ready IP and sales materials
  • Business acumen in Tech and related industries and in working in/with Enterprise clients
  • Values-based Leadership; demonstrated ability to lead people; organize, develop, and motivate a team; obtain results through others
The salary range for this role is $140,000-$170,000/year with additional annual bonus eligibility. Actual salary will be determined based on relevant work experience, certifications, education, and geographic location of the hired candidate. The salary listed here is specific to this opening only.
