This is where you and your skills come in. We’re currently looking for a RVP, Sales Engineering, Global Service Providers: 

  • Hire and Lead a world-class SE team focused on delivering a unique, differentiated customer experience to new prospects and existing customers. 

  • Partner with the Sales and SE teams to significantly grow the business.

  • Build development plans for team members to ensure successful onboarding, core and continuing education of the team

  • Assist with the development of formal sales plans and proposals for assigned opportunities

  • Balance the workload of the SE Team in concert with input from the Account Executives and Regional Sales Leaders

  • Transfer industry, technical, and product knowledge to SEs, and in turn to prospects and customers

  • Keep up-to-date on relevant competitive solutions, products and services

  • Support and participate with the SEs in performing detailed discovery and advanced technical presentations for customers, and prospects, remotely and in-person

  • Develop and maintain expert understanding of all RingCentral applications and products

  • Represent RingCentral at conferences, industry, and sales events

  • Actively participate as a Product Interlock owner for RingCentral products and technologies and provide consultative support through leadership of your SEs

  • Identify areas for opportunity, analyze data, and deliver actionable insights to drive growth

  • Work with cross functional teams to optimize lead, pipeline and sales flow and enable deal delivery of RingSense

  • Participate in the development and execution of the annual operating plan

  • In charge of all technical escalations for your market segment

  • Be the champion for sales in cross-functional business stakeholders

  • Play a key role in go-to-market planning and execution
