The Regional VP of Payer Growth is responsible for operationalizing and maximizing revenue through Maven’s channel partners, including health plans, PBMs, and TPAs. In this role, you will own revenue generation through a book of national and regional channel partners. This is done in partnership with both Maven’s employer sales and other cross-functional teams responsible for driving the success of these partnerships. Your super power is your ability to develop meaningful and enduring relationships at all levels of a channel partner and within Maven to drive mutually beneficial growth with our partners.  

As the RVP, Payer Growth, you will:

  • Strategically enable new revenue growth through an assigned Health Plan book of business that may include reselling agreements and embedded programs across commercial and medicaid plans
  • Be responsible for driving pipeline development and sales enablement for reselling agreements including tracking and managing performance against each partner’s targets
  • Develop relationships with sales leaders and influencers at each partner to uncover growth opportunities, unlock pipeline and enable relationships with account level executives and sales reps
