Your Role: What You’ll Be Doing


As a Project Manager in our RPO division, you will be the linchpin in delivering high-quality, end-to-end recruitment solutions for our clients. This is a strategic and client-facing leadership role that blends recruitment operations, stakeholder management, and project delivery in a fast-paced, multilingual environment.

You will lead cross-functional teams and oversee complex hiring initiatives, ensuring client satisfaction, operational excellence, and timely, on-budget delivery. When not assigned to an RPO project, you will also support our agency recruitment business as needed.


Key Responsibilities

  • Client Partnership & Leadership
    • Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal recruitment teams.
    • Lead client kickoff, strategy, and status meetings with clarity and confidence.
    • Build trusted relationships and proactively anticipate client needs.
  • Project & Program Management
    • Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and KPIs.
    • Assign and oversee workstreams across recruiters, coordinators, and sourcers.
    • Track progress, manage escalations, and ensure continuous service delivery improvement.
  • Team Enablement & Process Optimization
    • Train and mentor team members on RPO process excellence, compliance, and client culture.
    • Implement process enhancements and automation to increase efficiency and reduce time-to-fill.
    • Maintain documentation, SOPs, and workflow alignment with service-level agreements (SLAs).
  • Quality, Compliance & Reporting
    • Ensure compliance with client hiring policies and U.S. labor regulations.
    • Monitor recruitment metrics and prepare performance dashboards for executive stakeholders.
    • Recommend strategic pivots based on performance data, feedback, and talent market trends.



What You Bring

Required Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of experience in project management or RPO leadership, preferably with large enterprise or global clients.
  • Proven experience overseeing high-volume or complex hiring initiatives.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and multi-tasking skills.
  • Proficiency with ATS/CRM platforms, HR Technology and Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into insights.

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP, PHR, or SHRM-CP certification.
  • Experience with recruitment technologies such as VMS, ATS, HRIS, or analytics dashboards.
  • Experience working with multicultural teams or global clients.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Japanese and English is strongly preferred and highly valued for this role.
