What will you be doing?

This analyst-level position is perfect for an early career professional, or someone looking to transition to a more simplified and predictable workday/schedule.

 

The Sales Enablement team has the exciting opportunity to manage multiple stages of the client lifecycle. In addition to monitoring and managing integrations between Circana’s commercial microsite and Dynamics CRM platforms, the Sales Enablement team leads awareness, retention and advocacy programs for RMC clients.

 

As a Sales Enablement analyst, you will support users of Circana’s RMC Solutions along the customer lifecycle journey. You will be responsible for carefully monitoring and advancing client sales opportunities through the microsite and Dynamics system, ensuring that opportunities have all the necessary details to move quickly through the commercial pipeline to revenue recognition. As customers transition from sales prospect to active gateway users, you will mentor and proactively engage to understand their business issues and opportunities and identify new ways for customers to succeed with gateway solutions. You will also partner with the gateway sales team to identify and capitalize on upsell opportunities based on customer needs.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Track and pursue commercial opportunities to speed them through the pipeline to revenue recognition
  • Monitor and remediate aging and stagnant receivables
  • Manage of sales mailbox – email communications between Circana and retailer/supplier clients
  • Collaborate with gateway sales team and retailer onsite team on the development of relevant, impact-focused sales collateral, including sales presentations and platform/feature demonstrations – tailored to retailer strategy and data utilization practices
  • Actively engage with gateway customers to understand and drive usage and positive customer experiences; collaborate cross-functionally to plan, develop and host customer engagement programs

 

Requirements

  • Creative problem solver with a passion learning new technologies and change management, including getting to the “why” behind problems and solutions
  • Bachelor’s degree and 1-2 years’ experience in sales, customer success, and/or the consumer-packaged goods (CPG) industry
  • Strong oral and written communication skills; keen attention to detail and flawless execution
  • Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.  An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The salary range for this role is $65,000 to $67,000.
