We are seeking a Salesforce CRM, and related systems, expert. Someone who has a drive to produce positive change and meticulous attention to detail. You will have a keen eye for opportunities to improve systems and processes and are excited to partner with others to make it happen. You are passionate about building relationships and helping others succeed. 

On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for the Revenue Systems team end-user support box - solving and assigning out cases, user provisioning and systems access, managing package installs and updates, and grooming a system of trusted data. You need to have pride in the work you do. To thrive in this role, you will constantly be developing your skills, keeping up with new Salesforce features, building great relationships internally, and networking externally to learn from others’ experiences.

THE TEAM:

The Revenue Operations team consists of team members who work with Sales, Marketing, Customer Services, Finance, and IT to create systems to more efficiently prospect, forecast, close, onboard, and support customers. Team members conceptualize the strategic priorities for the company, develop plans for execution, execute plans cross-functionally, and operationalize executed strategies for continuous improvement. THE SKILL SET:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 3-5 years experience with Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Systems Management
  • Salesforce Administrator certification
  • Salesforce Advanced Admin, Salesforce App Builder, Salesforce CPQ, or Salesloft Admin certifications a plus
  • Demonstrated experience building custom solutions and managing automation logic within Salesforce
  • Solid understanding of the Salesforce Lightning architecture and features
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Flow
  • Good understanding of key SaaS business practices and processes - ARR and retention metrics and lead to renewal touchpoints
  • Expertise in the best practices for Salesforce security, architecture, and data integrity
  • Experience with data enrichment tools (ZoomInfo, HG Insights, Crunchbase, Cognism, etc.)
  • Experience with Single-Sign-On solutions (i.e. Okta) a plus
  • Self-starting, team player, and focused on personal growth

WITHIN ONE MONTH, YOU’LL:

  • Attend Salesloft’s New Hire Orientation, where you will learn our Salesloft story and understand what makes our “Lofters” unique 
  • Begin 1:1’s with your manager, understand your 30-60-90 plan, and meet & shadow current members of the Salesloft team
  • Set your OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) with your manager and develop an action plan to achieve them
  • Meet key partners in Strategy and Operations, Sales, Customer Experience, Finance, Marketing, Executives, etc. - they will be key relationships for you
  • Become familiar with our CRM through training, self-study, and shadowing - security settings, installed packages, provisioning/deprovisioning processes, objects used, and user interaction with the system
  • Learn to handle most tier 1 system support requests
  • Draft a plan for creation and management of a Salesforce data dictionary
  • Gain a deep understanding of the Salesloft platform to better understand the critical data and connections in Salesforce

WITHIN THREE MONTHS, YOU’LL:

  • Learn to handle most Tier 2 & 3 system support requests, with the ability to handle all Tier 1 requests (including Revenue system provisioning and de-provisioning)
  • Work with key stakeholders to complete significant milestones in the data dictionary creation and present data to be removed
  • Develop a good understanding of custom Salesforce roles, profiles, record types, workflow rules, and process builders
  • Manage the project intake process: meeting with stakeholders to develop business challenges, quantifiable value, solution requirements, and prioritization recommendation
  • Become familiar with all Lead to Renewals systems through training, self-study, and shadowing. 
  • Have a high-level understanding of how all lead-to-revenue systems interact
  • Pursue your Salesforce Advanced Admin, CPQ, or next, certification through self-study - Trailhead, videos, questions, and shadowing

WITHIN SIX MONTHS, YOU’LL:

  • Own data integrity in managed Revenue systems - providing proactive weekly user experience and data accuracy enhancements
  • Complete the first version and own the management of the Salesforce data dictionary
  • Lead architecture change submissions, backlog grooming, prioritization, and requirements gathering
  • Work side-by-side with the CPQ lead and Solutions Architect to gain systems efficiencies and developments
  • Handle all Tier 2 & 3 system support requests
  • Own any managed packages installs, licenses, and updates in Salesforce
  • Become Salesloft Admin certified
  • Continue to focus on your OKRs

WITHIN TWELVE MONTHS, YOU’LL:

  • Own all Revenue systems support requests - requirements, prioritization, and solutions 
  • Own the user experience in Salesforce - optimization of layouts, workflow, data access, roles and permissions, and technical debt
  • Become the SME for anyone trying to understand data generation, initial drivers behind the data, and how it is currently used
  • Become the SME for Salesforce and Revenue systems at Salesloft - a deep understanding of business drivers behind connected system settings, fields, automation, and integrations
  • Develop strategic project plans and ownership over the Salesforce roadmap
  • Deliver creative, technical solutions to complex problems and make critical decisions to more effectively drive business goals
  • Be Certified as a Salesforce Advanced Admin or a Salesforce CPQ Specialist and aggressively pursue next-level career path development

Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.

The total compensation package for this position may also include performance bonus, stock, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
