The role:

Be the primary sales operations partner to the Federal and SLED sales organization, providing end-to-end support to leadership and team. 

What you will do…

  • Manage sales forecast and provide operational guidance to sales teams
  • Collaborate with supporting functions and sales management to maximize systems and process usage and capability
  • Identify and provide feedback on process and systems improvements to centers of excellence systems and BI teams
  • Build and support ad-hoc pipeline, data request and SFDC hygiene
  • Provide first line support and enablement for ongoing sales processes, BI tools and systems
  • Support GTM planning and quota setting
