Revenue Enablement Specialist I, Performance

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Revenue Enablement Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial in driving the effectiveness and efficiency of our revenue teams by focusing on both field enablement, along with the implementation and support of our robust technology stack. This role will be responsible in evolving our new hire onboarding programming, training and onboarding development of our revenue teams while also assisting with the implementation and optimization of our revenue technology. Â
Cross-functional collaboration with internal and external stakeholders will be pivotal to the success of this role; therefore, the ideal candidate must be resourceful and thrive in a challenging, fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do:
Field Enablement

Develop and deliver comprehensive onboarding programs for new hires, ensuring they are well-equipped with the knowledge and tools to succeed.

Create and maintain training materials, playbooks and resources that align with our Sales strategies and objectives
Tech Stack Implementation & SupportÂ

Assist in the implementation & enablement of revenue technology and tools, such as Salesforce, Chorus, Docebo and Mediafly

Be the point of contact for ongoing support and troubleshooting for revenue technology issuesÂ

Develop and deliver training on tooling and best practices to ensure adoption from field teams
-
Conduct regular audits and assist in reporting to ensure they are effective and meeting business needs
Collaboration & Communication

Partner cross functionally with revenue stakeholders to help align enablement strategies with Affirmâs business goalsÂ

Gather feedback from revenue teams to continuously improve enablement programming and technology solutions Â

What We Look For:

1-2 years of work experience enablement, operations or a related role
-
Strong understanding of revenue processes, methodologies and best practices

The ability to learn and ramp up on enablement and engagement softwares such as Salesforce Sales Programs, Mediafly, Docebo, Articulate Rise and Chorus.

Outstanding prioritization, project management & execution skills.

Excellent communication, presentation and training skills.

Interest in building analytical skills, with the ability to âŚ
